Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, November 3) — Various groups have launched relief drives for the victims of Super Typhoon Rolly after it devastated parts of Luzon over the weekend.

Said to be one of the strongest cyclones in the world this year, Rolly left at least 20 people dead and displaced more than 400,000 residents, some of them still in evacuation centers with no homes to return to.

For those who wish to extend aid, here is a list of organizations and initiatives accepting cash and in-kind donations for the typhoon-hit victims:


Different students from Bicol called for partners, field volunteers, and donors who can send donations of any kind to help the typhoon-stricken victims of the region.

Kaya Natin! Movement

Kaya Natin! is accepting cash donations for the typhoon victims in Luzon.

Progressive groups

Bayan Muna, Gabriela, and Kabataan Party-list have their own initiatives for those who want to make cash or in-kind donations. They also have their own drop off points for those who will personally send relief.

Sining Banwa

A multi-arts organization from Albay is calling for monetary and in-kind donations which can be sent through its bank accounts or its headquarters in Legazpi City.

University of the Philippines

Organizations within the UP System launch relief drives accepting cash and in-kind donations.


Ateneo's student and religious organizations in Manila and in Naga are also accepting donations in their own relief initiatives for the typhoon-hit victims.

Miriam College

Miriam College also appeals for monetary donations which will benefit the community of San Andres, Virac, Catanduanes.

Tanging Yaman

Non-profit oganization Tanging Yaman, chaired by composer Fr. Manoling Francisco, calls fo in-kind and monetary donations.

For the Future

For the Future, an initiative aimed to fight climate change and plant more trees in the country, opens its donations channels for the typhoon-hit victims.

JuanSpark Youth Leaders

JuanSpark Youth Leaders is urging the public to donate at least ₱20 for the purchase of relief packs to the affected localities.

iUplift Philippines

iUplift Philippines will allot a percentage of its donations to its partner communities in Labo and Basud, Camarines Norte. Hot meals and relief packs will also be provided to some evacuation centers.

CARE Philippines

CARE Philippines appeals for cash donations to buy sleeping kits, food packs, and other necessary items for the affected residents.
