ACT-CIS leads party-list hopefuls
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, May 14) — A group endorsed by broadcaster-brothers Erwin and Raffy Tulfo is taking the lead in the party-list race.
According to the latest partial, unofficial tally of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), ACT-CIS or Anti-Crime and Terrorism Community Involvement and Support has received 2,539,608 as of 12:26 p.m.
Its closest opponent is militant group Bayan Muna with 1,082,928 votes

One hundred eighty one party-list groups are vying for 59 seats in the House of Representatives.
Makabayan decry 'black propaganda' by admin
Meanwhile, party-list groups belonging to the Makabayan bloc slam what they called "black propaganda" against them.
A social media post by Anakpawis accused the Duterte administration of spreading misinformation saying Anakpawis, Bayan Muna, Act Teachers, Gabriela, and Kabataan party-list want to overthrow the government.
The post on Twitter was accompanied by a photo of an alleged flyer bearing the logos of some of the party-lists with a warning against voting for them.
Anakpawis called the propaganda "fake news."
