Duterte delivers first State of the Nation Address

Metro Manila (CNN Philippines) — President Rodrigo Duterte's first State of the Nation Address (SONA) on Monday echoed his campaign platform and his inaugural address — he called for strengthening peace and order, economic development, and the improvement of government services.
