DMW shuts down Parañaque firm over alleged illegal recruitment

The Migrant Workers department shuts down a consultancy firm in Parañaque over alleged illegal recruitment activities. The DMW says the involved agency, RTM Consultancy Services, has been recruiting seafarers without a license.
