DA official: Marcos ordered to get sugar via 'selected importers'

Agriculture Senior Undersecretary Domingo Panganiban points to President and Agriculture Secretary Bongbong Marcos as the official behind the order to import sugar.

But Panganiban also gave conflicting statements before lawmakers during the Senate hearing on sugar importation.
