DOJ to file new case vs. CPP-NPA before Court of Appeals

The government is not giving up on its pursuit to have the Communist Party of the Philippines and its armed wing the New People's Army declared as terrorist groups. The Justice department plans to file a new case against them before the Court of Appeals.
