Comelec to proclaim winning senators on Wednesday

Instead of the earlier projected schedule on Tuesday, the Commission on Elections now says it may proclaim the 12 winning senators on Wednesday. Some party-list groups with guaranteed seats meanwhile may be proclaimed on Thursday.
