Transport group ACTO to hold rally vs. jeepney modernization program today

Members of a transport group are coming together today to protest provisions in the government's modernization program for public utility vehicles.

The program requires operators to replace jeepneys aged 15 years or older with modern jeepneys worth almost ₱2 million each.
