Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, June 6) — Motorists can expect fuel prices to slightly go down next Tuesday, according to Unioil Petroleum Philippines.

The oil firm on Saturday said diesel prices are seen to decline by 20 to 30 centavos per liter, while gasoline is expected to cost 40 to 60 centavos less per liter.

This is after oil companies implemented on May 30 a ₱1.10 per-liter increase for gasoline, and a ₱0.60 per-liter drop in the price of kerosene. There was no price change for diesel.

In its latest oil monitoring, the Department of Energy said kerosene have seen year-to-date net decreate of ₱6.75 per liter and ₱5.05 per liter, respectively. Gasoline has a net increase of ₱6.10 per liter.
