Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, March 16) — Prized libero and national team member Dawn Macandili finally tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend Diego Catindig on Thursday.

Present at her wedding were her teammates from F2 Logistics Cargo Movers and De La Salle University Lady Spikers.

Longtime friends and F2 head coach Regine Diego captioned in their Instagram posts #AnimoKasal.

Macandili had a romantic engagement in June last year after Catindig proposed to her during the Hot Air Balloon Fest event in Pampanga.

The 26-year-old volleyball player earned her monicker "Ms. Everywhere" for her incredible floor defense.

Macandili is a three-time UAAP champion from Season 78 to 80. In her last playing year in the collegiate league, she bagged the Finals Most Valuable Player award.

The F2 Logistics Cargo Movers are semi-finalists in the ongoing 2023 Premier Volleyball League All Filipino Conference.
