Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, December 8) — Several Filipino cagers get to showcase their talents when Japan's B.League holds its much-awaited All-Star Weekend in January.

A total of 11 Pinoy imports were tapped to play for the Asian All-Star Team, which will face the Rising Stars squad on the first game day, the league announced on Thursday.

They are Dwight Ramos, Thirdy Ravena, Bobby Ray Parks Jr., Kiefer Ravena, Matthew Wright, Justine Baltazar, Jay Washington, Kobe Paras, Roosevelt Adams, Greg Slaughter, and Jordan Heading.

Completing the lineup are Wang Weija, Yang Jaemin, Brandon Jawato, and Gibeom Cheon.

Aside from the All-Star Game, Kiefer Ravena will also participate in the Skills Challenge.

Heading, on the other hand, will vie for the three-point contest crown.

The B.League’s All-Star Weekend will tip off Jan. 13 in Mito City in the Ibaraki Prefecture.
