(CNN Philippines, October 3) — Kai Sotto had a productive outing for the Adelaide 36 as they defeated the Phoenix Suns, 134-124, Monday in the NBLxNBA preseason tour at the Footprint Center in Arizona, USA.

The Filipino big man posted 11 points, two rebounds, one assist, two steals, and three blocks in almost 18 minutes of action for the 36ers.

Sotto showed glimpses of brilliance on the offensive end with a pair of dunks and a three-pointer.

Craig Randall II and Robert Franks combined for 67 points for Adelaide.

Cam Payne led the Suns off the bench with 23 points, four rebounds, and two steals.

DeAndre Ayton and Mikal Bridges tallied 22 points apiece in a losing effort for Phoenix.

The 36ers will end their two-game US visit against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Oct. 7 (Philippine time) before returning to Australia for the 2022-23 NBL season.
