Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, December 1) — Wushu star Agatha Wong defended her title in the 2019 Southeast Asian (SEA) Games after winning in the women’s taijiquan event today, handing the Philippines its second gold medal.

Wong finished with a score of 9.67 points, followed by Brunei's Basma Lachkar, who scored 9.55 points.

The 21-year-old took home the gold medal in the same event in the 2017 SEA Games, coupling it with a silver medal in taijijan.

On the other hand, Daniel Parantac wins bronze in the men's taijiquan event after finishing with 9.56 points.
