Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, August 26) — Pump prices are seen to go up again next week, according to a forecast by Unioil Petroleum Philippines Inc. on Saturday.

Unioil said fuel price adjustments are expected from Aug. 29 to Sept. 4.

The per liter cost of diesel may go up by 40 to 60 centavos while the expected increase in gasoline remains at 10 to 20 centavos per liter.

According to the Department of Energy, the price adjustments resulted in a year-to-date net increase of ₱14.50 per liter for gasoline, ₱8.80 per liter for diesel, and ₱5.84 per liter for kerosene.
