#WalangPasok: Class suspensions on May 26 due to heavy rains
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, May 26) — Some local government units (LGUs) nationwide have announced class suspensions amid heavy rains and in anticipation of Super Typhoon Mawar possibly entering the country.
According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), Mawar may enter the Philippines' weather monitoring area Friday evening or Saturday morning.
Here are some of the LGUs that suspended classes for all levels:

Consolacion
Minglanilla (until May 27 for college students)
Naga City (Elementary to High School)
San Fernando
San Remigio

Calamba
Rizal (Nursery to Grade 12)
National Capital Region
Marikina (until May 27; All NSTP and other related activities set for May 28 are also suspended)
