Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, June 18) — President-elect Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. added two more names to his Cabinet as he appointed the new heads of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA).

Former BIR Deputy Commissioner Lilia Guillermo will now lead the tax collection agency under the Marcos administration.

Guillermo is currently the assistant governor of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, where she spearheads the Technology and Digital Innovation Office.

Meanwhile, retired Philippine National Police Deputy Director General Ricardo de Leon was named as director general of NICA, the primary intelligence gathering and analysis arm of the government.

De Leon was a member of the Philippine Military Academy "Matatag" Class of 1971, and is currently serving as president of the Philippine Public Safety College.
