Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, October 15) – Senator Manny Pacquiao is not ruling out the possibility of uniting with other presidential hopefuls, but insisted he will not be the one to withdraw from the presidential race.

Pacquiao on Friday said he and other presidential aspirants have until Nov. 15 to firm up their plans.

"Depende naman yan. Kaya nga sabi ko nga depende kung magbago isip nila, hindi yung isip ko. Kung magbago isip nila at hanggang Nov. 15 pa naman yun," he said.

[Translation: It depends. That's why I said it will depend if they change their minds, not mine. They can change their minds until Nov. 15.]

Pacquiao also said he has an agreement with Senators Panfilo Lacson and Vicente Sotto III to support the stronger aspirant.

Lacson and Sotto are running together while Pacquiao picked Buhay Party-list Rep. Lito Atienza as his running mate.

"Ang usapan namin kung mag-withdraw, mag-withdraw, mag-suporta sa ano... Kumbaga suportahan lang sa bawat isa," Pacquiao said.

[Translation: The agreement was if they withdraw, they should back (the stronger bet)... We should support each other.]

Asked if that meant he will back out if Lacson turned out to be the stronger candidate, Pacquiao said no.

"Basta sinabi ko tuloy ako... 100% tuloy ako [I will not withdraw... I'm in, 100%]. I am a fighter," he said.
