#WalangPasok: Class, work suspensions for April 23
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, April 22) — Several schools and universities have announced class suspensions for Tuesday in the aftermath of the magnitude 6.1 earthquake which shook parts of Luzon on Monday.
Here is the list of areas with class suspensions:
City of Manila - all levels, both public and private
City of Malolos, Bulacan - all levels, both public and private
City of Muntinlupa - all levels, both public and private
Province of Laguna - all levels, both public and private
Province of Pampanga - classes (all levels, public and private) and work
Province of Zambales - all levels, both public and private as well as government work
Metro Manila - government work
Here are the colleges and universities which suspended classes:
University of the Philippines Manila
University of the Philippines Diliman
University of the Philippines Los Baños
University of the Philippines Diliman Extension Program in Pampanga - classes and work
Polytechnic University of the Philippines - classes in NCR branches suspended; work also suspended in NCR branches except for security personnel and building inspectors
Lyceum of the Philippines University
Philippine Science High School Central Luzon Campus
Far Eastern University Alabang
Far Eastern University Diliman
Colegio de San Juan de Letran University - work operations and all student activities
Roosevelt College - all campuses
College of the Holy Spirit Manila
Mapua University - both Intramuros and Makati campuses
