It's a go for GoLag: LTFRB OKs another ride-hailing app

Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, April 20) — A new ride-hailing app is hitting the road soon.

The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) gave the go signal for GoLag, Inc. to operate in the country for two years, according to the certificate of accreditation released Friday.

GoLag is the latest transport network company approved by regulators.

The LTFRB earlier accredited Hype and Hirna to provide competition for Grab after it acquired Uber.
