Topping off ceremony marks milestone for rising luxury condo The Velaris Residences
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines) — The Velaris Residences' first tower, The South Tower, topped off on June 6, just two years after the project broke ground in 2021. This marked a new and unprecedented construction milestone for the premium residential condominium.

They also thanked distinguished guests for their support and hard work in delivering the project on time despite challenges brought about by the pandemic.
