Stray Kids, Itzy, three others to perform at AAA 2023
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, September 12) — Top fourth generation K-pop groups Stray Kids and ITZY will be back in the Philippines to perform in the highly anticipated Asia Artist Awards 2023 at the Philippine Arena on December 14.
In a report by Korean news agency Star News, also part of the second lineup of performers for the annual awards ceremony are The Boyz, Japanese boy group &TEAM, and soloist Kwon Eunbi.
Stray Kids, ITZY, and The Boyz just held concerts and meetings for their Filipino fans early this year.
Six other K-pop artists were initially announced to perform in AAA, including NewJeans, Le Sserafim, ZEROBASEONE, and BOYNEXTDOOR.
Korean actors Kim Seon Ho, Ahn Hyo Seop, Kim Se Jeong and Moon Ga Young will also grace the event.
The eighth edition of AAA will be hosted by IVE's Jang Won-young, soloist Kang Daniel, and ZEROBASEONE's Sung Han-Bin.
The AAA, which is considered as Asia's Oscars and Grammy Awards, recognizes Asian artists in film, television, and music. The annual ceremony is graced by Korean actors and artists, as well as other Asian talents.
Star News, the AAA Organizing Committee, TONZ Entertainment, and local concert promoter PULP Live World are behind the awards ceremony.
Ticket sales will open on November 12.
