Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, March 9) — Heads up, P-pop fans!

The much-awaited Pinoy Pop Convention and Concert (PPOP CON) 2023 slated next week has been postponed due to logistical concerns, organizers announced Thursday.

The two-day convention was initially scheduled on March 18 to 19 at the New Frontier Theater and Araneta Coliseum.

"We deeply apologize to all the fans who have been looking forward to this event," the PPOP CON management said in a statement.

It added that purchased tickets will still be valid on the show's new date, which will be "announced very soon."

The PPOP CON will feature the country's biggest artists like SB19, BGYO, BINI, and ALAMAT, among others.
