Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, May 16) — TV personality Kris Aquino said her autoimmune conditions have been categorized by doctors as "life threatening" illnesses.

The "Queen of All Media" shared on Monday that she was diagnosed with chronic spontaneous urticaria, autoimmune thyroiditis, and late stage 3 of Churg Strauss Syndrome or inflammation of blood vessels.

"Mula end of April, we found out life threatening na yung illness ko [Since end-April, we found out that my illness is life threatening]... They are all worried about organ damage in my heart and in my lungs," she wrote in an Instagram post.

She is hoping to travel to Houston, USA as soon as possible to get her much-needed treatment since it hasn't been approved by the Food and Drug Administration in the country or even in Singapore.

Aquino, youngest daughter of democracy icons former President Corazon Aquino and assassinated opposition leader Benigno Aquino Jr, also denied gossip she is in critical care, saying rumormongers are "too advanced" in their claims.

The 51-year-old actress and TV host was supposed to leave the country last April to get medical treatments abroad for more than one year. But her long haul trip was called off due to her high blood pressure.
