Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, October 5) — Fans of the iconic Filipino band Eraserheads took to social media to vent their reactions on the price of reunion concert tickets. Some expressed that they are saddened by its “expensive” cost and said its range is not “for the masses.”

The concert’s organizer announced that tickets will be available by Oct. 5 with prices ranging from ₱3,050 for bronze seating to ₱17,260 for the moshpit section.

Netizen fans had various reactions, most ranging from sadness to discouragement.

Many fans even retweeted and shared the group’s poster while citing lyrics from the band’s iconic song “Magasin.”

While some complained, others backed the Eraserheads and said that the band "deserves" to charge a lot for tickets and the prices were “justifiable.”

Formed in 1989, the Eraserheads popularized songs that even the present generation know by heart, including "Ang Huling El Bimbo," "Alapaap," "Pare Ko," and "Overdrive" to name a few.

The 90s band split in 2002 when frontman Ely Buendia left. In 2009, it held a reunion concert dubbed "The Final Set."

The "Huling El Bimbo" reunion concert will take place at the SMDC Festival Grounds on Dec. 22.
