Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, November 21) — Filipino musical act SB19 is on an uptrend, debuting on the 6th spot of an international music chart.

This week, SB19 made it to Billboard's Next Big Sound chart, which tracks the fastest growing artists based on online traction.

"No words can describe how thankful we are for this great news. Thank you so much for supporting our dreams and believing in us," SB19 said on Twitter, thanking their fanbase.

Their fanbase, called A'TINs, have helped its first music video hit more than 1 million views on YouTube in September. The view count has quadrupled as of this article.

The band trained under Korean entertainment company ShowBT, but the music they produce is a mix of Tagalog and English lyrics.

Composed of Sejun, Justin, Josh, Ken and Stell, the group released its first single in 2018.
