Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, June 11) — Oil firms are expected to increase fuel prices again next week starting June 14, the Unioil Petroleum Philippines said on Saturday.

According to the forecast, the per-liter price of diesel could go up by ₱4.30- ₱4.50, while gasoline prices may go up by ₱1.50- ₱1.60 per liter.

Oil firms earlier raised per-liter prices of gasoline by ₱2.70 and of diesel by ₱6.55.

As of June 7, per-liter prices have gone up by ₱26.55 for gasoline, ₱36.85 for diesel, and ₱33.10 for kerosene since the start of 2022, according to the Department of Energy’s latest monitor.
